The short version: this website collects almost nothing, and we deliberately ask you not to send us sensitive participant details through it.
What this website collects
Nothing automatically. This site uses no analytics, no tracking cookies, no advertising pixels and no third-party scripts that watch what you do. Our web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves your browser requesting the font files from Google's servers — that is the only third-party request this site makes.
What you send us
The enquiry form on the coordinators page doesn't submit anything to a server — it opens an email in your own mail app, addressed to us, so you can see exactly what you're sending before you send it. It asks only for your name, your contact details, whether the participant has an approved NDIS plan, and a description of what's been hard to place.
We deliberately ask you not to include identifying participant details — no names, NDIS numbers, dates of birth, or disability and health information — in that first enquiry. Those conversations happen later, directly and with consent.
How we use what you send
Email and phone enquiries are used to respond to you, and for nothing else. We don't sell information, share it with third parties for marketing, or add you to mailing lists you didn't ask for.
Once support begins
Providing support involves collecting more information than this website does — that's covered in the service agreement and consent process you go through before support starts, not buried here. You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
