Accessibility statement.
Support that starts with meeting people properly should have a website anyone can use. Here's what we've done, and what to do if something isn't working for you.
What this site does
This website is built to work with keyboards, screen readers and other assistive technology. In practice that means: a skip-to-content link on every page, headings in a logical order, text descriptions on every image, form fields with visible labels, colour contrast chosen for readability, and animations that switch off automatically if your device is set to reduce motion.
The site works without JavaScript for reading, and there is no content that flashes, autoplays or moves without your say-so.
What we're aiming for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. This is a small site and we review it as we change it, but we don't claim perfection — if you find something that doesn't work with your setup, we want to know.
Known limitations
Some images on this site are AI-generated illustrations, clearly captioned as such. They will be replaced with real photographs of the actual team. PDFs and documents we send by email may not yet be fully accessible — tell us what format works for you and we'll provide it.
If something isn't working
Contact us and we'll fix it or get you the information another way — over the phone, in plain-text email, or in print.
