Gilded for support coordinators

You’ll hear it from us before the family calls you.

A named team of three for each participant. Backfill from within their team. Proactive miss communication. Simple monthly service reporting.

Referral enquiries answered within 4 business hours.

No identifying participant information is needed in the first enquiry.

We show the work

The monthly report every coordinator will receive.

This is the reporting habit Gilded is being built around: scheduled versus delivered, who covered what, and what we told you when something went wrong.

Fri 7th Morning — daily living Known team member #2 Covered within known team

Significant exception — example entry

  1. — primary worker reports unwell, unable to attend morning shift
  2. — coordinator notified
  3. — shift covered by known team member #2
  4. — family confirmed arrival; no further action required
This is an example of the reporting format. It is not historical Gilded performance data.
Operating models, compared

What happens when the regular worker is unavailable?

A comparison of operating models — not of any named provider.

Question Marketplace Pooled agency roster Independent worker Fixed named team
Who covers a sick day? The family re-books another worker themselves Whoever is available in the pool Often no one — the shift is missed One of the two known backups in the participant’s own team
Has the participant met the replacement? Usually not Usually not Not applicable — no replacement exists Yes — all three are met before support begins
Does the coordinator receive proactive communication? Depends on the family passing it on Varies by provider Depends on the worker Committed: the coordinator hears about significant problems from Gilded first
Can continuity be monitored? Only by the family’s own records Rarely reported No formal reporting Monthly service reporting once real delivery data exists
Before you refer anywhere

Before changing providers, measure what’s actually happening.

We can help you complete a simple continuity audit using the participant’s own recent experience.

The audit looks at things such as:

  • how many different workers entered the home;
  • how often planned support changed;
  • significant missed supports;
  • how often families had to re-explain routines.

This is not a clinical assessment. It is not financial advice. It is simply a way of making roster continuity visible.

Built from experience, not from theory

What we can show you today — and what we can’t yet.

Gilded wasn’t designed from a blank page. It was designed from knowing what breaks. We’ve seen what happens when service businesses grow faster than their rosters, their communication and their operational controls — and Gilded is deliberately built around those lessons.

What we can show you today

  • The full service model, in writing, before you refer
  • Worker screening and insurance certificates, on request
  • The sample monthly report format (above)
  • The service agreement and exit terms, before any enquiry commits you
  • The founder’s direct mobile

What we won’t show you yet

  • Testimonials
  • Fill rates or performance percentages
  • Case studies
  • Client numbers

Because Gilded hasn’t earned them yet. When genuine delivery data exists, it will appear here — and not before.

Honest limits

We will tell you when we are full.

The Known Three only works if we protect worker capacity.

Gilded will operate within a defined service catchment and place a limit on how many participants each worker team supports.

When we do not have the capacity to deliver what is being requested, we will say so before you refer.

Current capacity 5 participants — our first team’s cap
